As a Campus Symposium volunteer, you will play a vital role in every aspect of the event. Exciting tasks in various areas await you here. From chauffeuring top-class speakers to looking after the guests to press relations, there is something for everyone. Are you committed and motivated? Then we need you to volunteer for Campus Symposium 2020! You are interested in a certain area? In the following you will get an overview of the areas of responsibility

Driving service

Nobody comes to the tent without us! In the chauffeur service team, you are responsible for the transfer of the guests to and finally from the event back to the airport, hotel, etc. responsible. You make sure that the ride itself is a highlight for every guest. For the driving service you must be in possession of a valid driving license.

Sponsoring

In the area of sponsor support you are responsible for the well-being of our sponsors and are the direct contact person for our supporters. No matter if you are an international corporation or a small company from the region – every sponsor is an important part of our event!

Communication

Writing press releases, taking photos, writing news articles or managing our social media appearances – you work like a real journalist in our communications department. There you are directly involved in the current events and directly shape the public perception of the Campus Symposium.

Guest Management

The main task of guest management is the comprehensive care of our guests from registration to their departure and beyond that in the follow-up of the event. As their direct contact person, you are the face of the Campus Symposium for the guests and thus bear great responsibility.

Adviser support

Everything here revolves around the speakers – the central figures of the Campus Symposium – and their stay during the event. Our task is to offer the speakers a pleasant and interesting stay. In addition, you will ensure a smooth running of the program, one of the highlights of which is the Charlie Award on the evening of the first day of the event.

Organisation and technology

Whether it’s the set-up, dismantling or conversion phases – in the area of organisation and technology you will be jointly responsible for transforming the event site into a huge tent city and then dismantling it again. We need you to create the unique setting of the Campus Symposium and to offer our guests the characteristic feel-good atmosphere both in the tents and in the outdoor area.
